POLICE DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATION
The Lake Stevens Police Department is committed to a professional partnership with our community by providing excellence in safety, service and education.
At the Police Department you will find Police Chief Randy W. Celori, Commander Daniel Lorentzen, and Administrative Supervisor Julie Ubert. Together they lead an operations division, a special services division, and a support services division. Within those divisions the department supports a patrol unit, traffic safety unit, investigation units, code compliance, records and evidence, and a marine unit.

Chief Celori has over 27 years of law enforcement experience. Upon retiring from the US Army, Chief Celori has served the Citizens of Lake Stevens since 1995. Chief Celori began his Law Enforcement career enlisting in the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman. His assignments included Alabama, Germany, West Point, NY, Alexandria, VA, and San Juan, PR. Prior to being appointed to Chief of Police in 2001; Chief Celori performed the duties of Patrol Officer, Lead Investigator, and Sergeant with the Lake Stevens Police Department. |

The Police Commander for the Lake Stevens Police Department is Dan Lorentzen. He started with the Police Department in 1991. As Commander, he oversees and shares responsibility for the day to day operations of the Police Department with the administrative staff and the field supervisors. They ensure the proper management of patrol operations, traffic, training, and polices services to the public. |

Administrative Supervisor Julie Ubert began her law enforcement career in 2004 as a records clerk for the Lake Stevens Police Department. Her prior educational and professional experience has been in hospitality and customer service. After only being with the department for eight months Julie was promoted to Administrative Supervisor. With this position she supervises the Administrative Staff, Cadet and Volunteer Program as well the Evidence Room. Lake Stevens is growing quickly and Julie is honored to have the
opportunity to be involved in developing the future of the Lake Stevens Police Department. |
