BIOGRAPHY

Todd is originally from Kentucky and joined the US Navy in 1991.  He moved to Snohomish County while stationed onboard the USS Ingraham, first ship to be home-ported in Everett, in 1995.  He moved to Lake Stevens in 2004.

Todd retired from the Navy in August 2011 after 20 years of service and now works as a Systems Administrator at Memory Lane in Seattle.  He has three sons, the oldest is a member of the U.S. Army (101st Airborne), another living locally, and the youngest attends the Lake Stevens School Dsitrict.  He is a member of the American Legion and is active in local scouting and Special Olympics.  Todd is also a former member of the Snohomish County Developmental Disabilities Advisory Board.

In his free time, Todd enjoys camping, hiking, traveling, and local sporting events.
