BIOGRAPHY
Kathy Holder and her family moved to Lake Stevens in 1999, living just outside the city limits. In the Fall of 2005, Kathy volunteered to collect signatures for a petition to annex the North Lake area into the city. After a successful annexation into the city, Kathy was selected to be a member of the Lake Stevens Parks Board. In February 2007 she was appointed to the Lake Stevens City Council.
Kathy works for the Lake Stevens School District as a Paraeducator. She is a graduate of the University of Washington with a B.A. in Sociology, and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.
