BIOGRAPHY

Heath

Marcus Tageant grew up in Lake Stevens and graduated from the Lake Stevens School District.  After graduation Marcus Tageant joined the United States Marines where he fought in the Persian Gulf War. After serving in the Marines he attended college at Washington State University.  Marcus relocated back to Lake Stevens and married Becky Daily where they work and volunteer in the community.        

Marcus currently owns and operates Task Properties / Impact Property Management in the Lake Stevens community for the last 12 years.  His companies specialize in all areas of Real Estate and Management.  His companies manage Condominium Associations, Home Owner Associations, residential properties and commercial properties in Snohomish and King Counties.  Working and living in the Lake Stevens community he has established great working relationships with many community members.

Mr. Tageant belongs and volunteers in many community groups such as the Lake Stevens Kiwanis, The Greater Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce, and the American Legion.  He feels that it is important to give back to the community in which he lives and works.

SPECIAL INTERESTS

Marcus likes to spend his free time with his wife Becky traveling and or visiting friends.  With any other free time he likes playing golf.
