SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM UPDATE

The City of Lake Stevens Shoreline Master Program is a planning document that outlines goals and policies for the shorelines of the City (Lake Stevens, Little Pilchuck Creek and Catherine Creek), and also establishes regulations for development occurring within shoreline jurisdictions.

ANNEXATION ADDRESS CHANGES

Address changes from Everett, 98205 to Lake Stevens, 98258 will not occur until

July 2010.  Mail will be automatically forwarded for 12 months following the July 2010 address change; however, residents are responsible for changing addresses on personal accounts after you receive notice from the Post Office that your address has changed.
